Once you purchase and/or receive a service — such as a personalized tarot reading, astrology reading, coaching session, or other one-on-one consultation — that purchase is final and non-refundable.

You cannot attend the scheduled session
You do not complete the service

Due to the nature of digital content and its immediate accessibility once purchased, all digital products are non-refundable. This includes materials that are downloadable, streamed, accessed online, or otherwise delivered digitally.
For subscription or recurring-billing services (such as ongoing membership plans, monthly readings, or coaching packages billed periodically):
You may cancel future recurring payments at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
Refunds are not provided for payments already processed.
“Change of mind” or personal circumstances are not valid reasons for requesting refunds. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this policy.
